Who says that fencing is only for self-defense? Fencing is an excellent sport to improve lower body strength and speed, as well as hand-eye coordination, it also develops agility, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. It is probably most similar to many of the martial arts in terms of the collection of skills it requires. Studying fencing has many benefits, for both the body and the mind by focus and solving problem.
I hope I can learn this sports when 1st semester will start. I’m so excited to try this sports. Goodluck to me. Fighting!!!
