Who says that fencing is only for self-defense? Fencing is an excellent sport to improve lower body strength and speed, as well as hand-eye coordination, it also develops agility, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. It is probably most similar to many of the martial arts in terms of the collection of skills it requires. Studying fencing has many benefits, for both the body and the mind by focus and solving problem.
I hope I can learn this sports when 1st semester will start. I’m so excited to try this sports. Goodluck to me. Fighting!!!

'The restaurant street' near the office (Gangnam-gu, Seoul에서)
at Gangnam-Gu, Seoul, South Korea
Some yummy food I ate on Sunday while having a girls afternoon in Sinsa-Dong, Gangnam-Gu. There’s an area call Garosu-Gil which is basically a street which has loads of nice shops and cafes. We were drawn to the ‘Gentle Lady Cupcake’ as well, the name is awesome! And the cakes, however expensive, were rich in taste and worth it as a naughty little treat. There’s also a big Forever 21 there which we spent quite a lot of time in ;) I picked up a maxi dress to get me in holiday mood and a couple of rings. I could of gone wild in there but I restrained myself! I’ll definitely go to the area again. Garosu has a real western feel to it, but not like Itaewon, more like Paris. It’s also well known for plastic surgery so maybe we can spy some celebs getting their weekly work done!
